Welcome to our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy, designed with your convenience in mind. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to ensure your satisfaction every step of the way.
We accept returns within 20 days from the date of our shipping to you. To qualify for a return, the product must be unworn and include all original tags, bags, and boxes. We recommend walking only in carpeted areas until you’re certain the boots fit correctly to avoid any signs of wear. Please refrain from taping or pasting shipping labels directly onto the item box, as such packages will be rejected upon arrival.
If you opt for a refund, the refunded amount, minus the shipping cost, will be processed back to your initial payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Customs and import duties may apply to international orders, and these charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Shipping laws vary by country, so it’s essential to check with your local customs office to ensure compliance with regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from improper international shipping practices.
Returned articles must be in perfect condition, with no more than necessary use to check their condition and fit, and must retain their original packaging and labeling. Any depreciation resulting from damaged original packaging will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
